How do you deliver my order?

We accept both self-collect and delivery service. All orders will be delivered by our own transportation (frozen truck) or private delivery company, not by courier. We will deliver your order within 7 workings days (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) and call/text you 1 day before delivery day. For self-collect, you can visit our headquarter office after 3 working days for collecting.

Self collect address: No. 40, Jalan Sasa 4, Taman Gaya, 81800 Ulu Tiram. Self collect time: Mon (3pm-5pm) / Tue – Fri (12pm – 5pm) / Sat (12pm – 4pm)

RM35/box – Outside Johor (excluding east Malaysia, Kelantan, Perlis, Terengganu)

👉🏻 Purchase up to RM300 enjoy free delivery/box (Outside Johor Bahru)

Delivery time will be (11am – 5pm) Arrangements will be made according to the itinerary and route of the transport driver, and personnel will be notified one day before delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. When delivering to your home or picking up by yourself, please confirm that the content and quantity of the order are correct before signing; Quality issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please email customer service with relevant product photos, and the staff will contact you.
  2. Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone +607 – 861 7700 or email enquiry@bnxfood.my  to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.
